From what I see while reading the rejections or interviews offered threads is that the top 50 university programs (most of them) are not listed in neither of the threads.
This is because they don't even bother to write back? Or they are interviewing later?

presumably they are waiting for MSPE release and we all hope for more interviews in November :)

It's because we are IMGs, LOL! Actually a lot of good programs do wait till MSPE, so if you haven't got rejected yet - relax. At the same time don't bank on Harvard or Yale to be calling. Already know of double 99s getting rejected for Internal med.

I know yale rejected early, I saw it on the threads and I got rejected too LOL!
The other one that rejected me was chapel hill. But I got a mail a couple of days ago from a great program informing that my application was going to be evaluated after nov 1st.
