Hey everyone I'm back from my valuemd hiatus lol. I've been reading around and it seems like more states are adopting the Cali list. Does anybody think that the number of states adopting the cali list could grow drastically within the next few years?

No one can give you a definite yes or no answer, but yes there is a possibility that it could happen. However, if you look at some recent threads you will see that Mississippi State just got rid of the California list. The Arkansas state medical board is being sued by AUA. There are new states that have adopted the California list in the past few years.

Again, no one can predict anything.

Does anyone have any current information on the AUA vs. Arkansas medical board lawsuit? I know legal proceedings take forever, but wondered if any progress had been made?
