44 instead of 46 questions..

Does anyone know if they just decreased the number of questions only or if the nature or type of questions changed as well when they reduced it by two per block?

I just took the exam last month and feel like the questions were longer in prompt length for more questions in the block than before. However, I don't know what the details are for how they changed up what they were asking.
