I would appreciate your views on a comparison of these two schools regarding the following:
Southwestern University (Philippines) - Admitted to the 4-year program (starting in the first year)
Constanta (Romania) - Admitted to a 6-year program with a "promise" to begin in the 3rd year (hence 4 years of studies)
I am from the USA, and according to the applicable State statute, FMGs must have 60 college credits prior to admission and, at least 4 years of MD studies.
I can satisfy those requirements with both, so what would you advise?
I heard the SWU is very rigid and competitive, with high failure and attrition rates, and no "second" chance. On the contrary, I understand the Constanta is more understanding, accommodating, and does give a "second" chance.
Thanks,
Ron
