Hi, I have been scammed by this D*l*v*ri guy. I see lots of guys who were victims by him too. I would like to file a civil lawsuit against him. Is there anybody out there who would like to complain a file against him?? Please let me know...I really need you guys help. I feel like I'm hopeless at the moment. Any help will be greatly appreciated..thank you in advance..

My intention is not to laugh at your misfortune but rather to point out your recklessness. If you had done your homework well, you might have saved yourself some $$ and the embarassment. This Ray character has been extensively discussed over the past 4-5 years severally on this forum.
An example will suffice (notice the date the thread was started!):

If anything, this should serve as a glaring warning to prospective students.
BTW, since you know where he lives, that should've solved half of your problems.
