I watched the beginning of the Miss Universe pageant last night when all the girls were introduced. Well, I saw every other caribbean island represented except for St Martin??? Are there any natives hot enough to be in the contest? Or can only certain countries compete. There has to be one girl on that island hotter than Miss Angola...where in the hell is Angola anyway...

Angola is in Southern West Africa, on the coast north of Namibia and south of Zaire or whatever it's called these days . Don't people learn geography any more?

Our state prison is named Angola...They also have a cool prison rodeo there twice a year where you get to watch the inmates get the crap kicked out of em by bulls

If Miss Angola looked a little sub-par, she probably won by default, being the only woman left alive there. Fighting of genocide, opressing rule, and starvation (and god only knows what else) can't be good on the hair...

I thought Miss Angola was rather pretty. But then, I also thought it was effin' hysterical that only 3 blondes made it into the top 15, I think they were Miss USA (of course :roll: ) who looked a little too Paris Hilton-thin to me along with half the rest of the contestants, Miss Austrailia, and another one.

Lotsa Latinas, tho, which is nice. :D I have it taped, so I'll watch it sometime....

miss bolivia was fine but she will not be making any friends going back home, during an interview she said when people think of bolivia they think of short indians or peasants but there are a lot of white people like her there...lets just say the indogenous media had a filed day with her....maybe the old adage is true: you can have brains or you can have looks but never enough of both.

There were only three blondes in the beginning 80 contestants...me too, I really thought the latinas were lookin good in that pageant!!!

She was very pretty...only thing was she was too short!!! 5'7" won't cut it...all the other women were 6 foot or more

Ok were you not at carnival to see what was jiggling? The Miss, Ms. Mrs. carnival winners were pencils that were 5'2" at the tallest, only to be followed by junk-in-the-trunk-with-a- spare-tire-in-front jello popping o rama women!

Would YOU send any of those drunken, eating subs in the middle of a parade women to Miss Universe????

I have gotten to see part of the taped Miss America pageant, and I would like to withdraw the comment above about Angola being nice-looking. I was wrong. She has a lightbulb head. I don't know what I was lookin at before, but it must not have been her. :lol:
