H1 B visa - please help

I am an Indian studying MD in the philippines. I want to write USMLE and get employed in the US. I heard that they made tough to get H1 B visa for indians. I am attempting my USMLE steps in the philippines itself but can you suggest me what % of chance do i have to get the H1 B visa or jobs in US?

I think there are too many missing variables at this point for anyone to give you a % or range of %s. Focus on getting 99 on Step 1. This won't be a magic bullet or anything. But will improve your chances greatly.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Sir but i was thinking if there is no scope of getting a job even after writing mle and getting good score(acc. to a lot of the forums i have seen formerly,many indians with 99 score are being rejected for visas and now idk is it cause of recession, the situation has become worse)...if i know it before i wouldn't waste time in writing mle...rather stay in philippines and practice medicine here.
