hi all, so im a medical student in 4th year in a french university in paris (Université Pierre & Marie Curie), and i wanted information about moving around in europe. i want to go live in poland for various reasons, and i want to know if i can go to medschool in poland (in polish,i'll learn), if i can start from where i am (4th year) and not start all over from scrath..if anyone has some usefull info or know where i can get some, it would be grately appreciated ! dzienkuje !

different schools have different transfer policies, so it's best to email the schools you are interested in directly and ask about what their policies are regarding foreign transfer students.

though i can't say i've ever heard of it being done, i wish you luck!

i'd suggest against switching med schools mid-stream for anything else than really serious circumstances. Each school (specially in diff countries) is diff; diff requirements, diff ways to test, diff ways to teach. You'd be seting yourself up for extra, unneeded, hardships.
Having said that, IF you must I'd suggest looking into the programs the polish schools offer in english. At least it won't add learning a foreign language to your stressload. Polish is hard... even conversational polish. People usually leave with enough to order pizza and call a taxi. Learning enough to do medicine will probably set you back years.
