Hi all. Unfortunately, I have to go home for medical treatment of a skull base tumor. I have to take a medical leave of absence. Is anyone driving to the states anytime soon? If you are, can you please email me. I would like to follow someone home since I never did the route home before, plus I don't even really know the roads I got down here on. If anyone has any advice or maps I'd appreciate that also. Thanks.

sorry to hear that.....call acgt, he has done it several times so he knows the route really well. It is not very difficult, just buy a map and follow it after someone tells you you where to go. Ask in every toll road stop if you are going the right way. Roughly you need to go aguascalientes, then Zacatecas, then Torreon and finally Chihuahua if you are going to EL Paso. This is the way I have done and i just followed the map and asked the attendant everytime I had to pay the toll road if I was going the right way. Good luck.

Actually, if you have a little space for luggage left you may be able to find a co-pilot. I need some stuff transported north and have done the trip dozens of times. Some people still ask me for my trip map. I also know how to time it so that I eat at some of the same restaurants in most towns. However, I also get the same tickets from the same policemen eact time.

There are hotels that know me and ackackack on site.
