need advice on nbme/2ck score estimate

nbme #4 = 410/194 (07.21.09)
nbme #2 = 450/204 (08.26.09)
nbme #3 = 400/191 (09.21.09)

my exam is for 09.30 and that's when my block ends too.
i don't feel ready and my nbme score dropped off, but i heard nbme 3 was the hardest, so that makes me feel a lil better.
i do wanna take the exam on the 30th...but i don't know with these scores...all i want at this point is to pass, any input most appreciated.
should i extended my block?

b/c my scores seem to stay around the same range, i've been studying for awhile and i'm approaching burnout. i would love to get a 99, but i don't see it in my future

UW would be a better choice.
