If you are a foreigner it will be incredibly hard to get accepted into the University of the Philippines - which is the best public school here. They only accept 1~ sometimes 2 foreigners each year since the majority of the fee's are handled by the government.

I can't tell you exactly how much it is to go to medical school there, but you should know that you will be competing against the best students in trying to gain admission. No easy task, in comparison getting into a decent private university is a lot easier.

Don't bother sending e-mail's to the schools here, many won't reply to you at all, you're better off picking up the phone and calling directly to get a straight forward answer.

It appears you are referring to tuition fees? rather than donation fees?

Tuition fees and other school related costs are spelled out in each University's website!

Please show your location either in your post or your profile....;)
