Inquiring about Oradea

Hi I would like to know whether Oradea Medical University has sent out their acceptance letters as yet :?

My acceptance letter had released from ministry a week and an half ago, got e-mail including a high resolution of my acceptance letter, paid the fees, now waiting for mail...But one thing, after I told them that i have paid the fees(to Ramona) she didn't confirmed by e-mail and another e-mail asking if they sent the documents already, still no answer... Anyways, yea, ministry released acceptance letters.

Hi ! so you just have to do like others now in Oradea : they go and pay fees at university , and begin to look for a flat (better to look now than in october for choice/price)
Your case is clear , you are accepted they won't send you any invitation more ;) but don't wait too much , people are waiting behind

I sorry i dont understand will i not get my acceptance letter how do u know that i hav ebeen accepted and that my case is clear do i just arrive in Oradea with out my acceptance letter why hasnt the ministry realsed my acceptance letter yet i spok to Romana and she said that my documents are not with her she asked if i submitted it straight to the ministry
Pleas let me know why i havent recieved my acceptance letteer has anyone else got thier ORADEA acceptance letter
Did you check my details on the system or something that you know my case is clear or iam accepted

for your case , who else except IR dept of faculty would know if they released your acceptance letter ... just call them , follow husney's advice :)

Marian is helping about accommodation, about Ramona, she told me that she will send me the documents and i will receive them in approx. 10 days. Then i will take care of students visa then im all set! Silly thing is, embassy wanted a proof of accommodation :S We were discussing about that with Marian so far... That bureaucracy thing sucks completely.
By the way, when will education starts? October or november?

Hi My name is Leandro, a Filipino and presently living in Thailand. I have got a notice of acceptance University of Oradea and was asked whether i want to receive the letter on normal post or DHL or any fast courier. Ramona told me that I have to pay the DHL here and they send it from there. I actually went to DHL branch here in Bangkok, they told me that the fees must be paid in Romania. I am confused and i couldn't understand how the fast courier goes there. Is there anyone who has done with fast courier for a letter of acceptance? How does it go??? I have already booked a ticket on September 29th. That's why I am in a hurry to get the visa before my flight schedule. I am paying the processing and tuition fees tomorrow.

SirLee , I understand that first settlle in Romania is a real struggle ; I know one foreign student who was given by univ through Ramona an attestation stating that accomodation will be insured at arrival in Romania in student's housing , signed by prorector
This is usually enough for ambassady / visa purpose
regarding DHL , can't tell more ... can't you just use a copy for you visa? ; or other courier service allowing online paiement ? fedex is the same?

does DHL have an account where you can send a bank wire to? of course wire fee is more money but maybe this is a possibility- or western union perhaps?

hi, i think you just need to go back to DHL office again and explain to them what you want coz it can happen that the guy/chick you spoke to did not get you right. i am saying this bcoz i payed in my country myself and they went and collected fo me the letter. i mean DHL is a global company and their services should be the same globally.

Forget about dhl. I had the same problem. Check for an alternative courier. its quite simple really.

has any body applied through MSA, if yes is it save will they get me a place at the university, ist worsy to pay for the 995 euro, please help

you just waste time and money asking an agent , we are not in hungary
You should ask directly to international relation dept. which does all steps to get letter once you have sent them files.
They don't deal with agents , in case at the end there would be some free seats they consider them , but in general they just leave aside. Lette of acceptance is not a garantee to get a sea , it's up to univerity to decide

For admission to Constanta/Oradea, a medical certificate is required. Would a general certificate suffice, or does it have to specifically refer to HIV and other STDs tests? What else?
