Yuppp, the school's sponsoring less and less with the increasing class sizes. Back when I got on the island, the school serviced my every whim for like a week before school started lol
But Oiishi, we upgraded from the little restaurant on the beach to the Spice Mill for the meet-and-greet. Cockleshell Bay and the Spicemill are much nicer!
Catamarans are always going out throughout the year. Talk nicely to the operators and many will take you out and charge you in EC dollars rather than US dollars so the cost is only about a third of what the tourists pay. just be sure to tell them where you go to school in order to get the discount.

What is the approx. size of this years Sept. 09 class? I was told when I interviewed that it would be no larger than 30.

Yeah! It sucks the catamaran trip is the best trip you will ever go on. For the incoming students who cannot go on the UMHS dime. Sorry. Look on the bright side the spice mill is hmmm okay.

From what I've heard, welcome committee had made 89 name tags for the sept 09 med class, soo.... I guess there will be a lot of you lol
We have 112 visa applications and 109 housing deposits, so that gives you an idea of the number of incoming students to expect. Not all of them are first semester students. Some are in the other three semesters as well as ARP...but they are all coming to St. Kitts.
