#1 was very easy. #3 was tougher than 2 and and approximated my score well.

#1 easy
#2 lately people say is easy, but others still say is just like the exam.
#3 Hard
#4 VERY HARD, some people say it understamaete your score. Also you can take NBME4 and they will tell you which questions you miseed. that is helpfull. It cost more tough.
You can take the good old Usmle world self assesment, lately people say is like the exam other say is much harder. People tend to score more in the real exam than there score in UWSA= Usmle world self assesment after they go thrue the explanations.
I hope this helps.

Would anyone here like to comment about whether they though UW SA was actually worth the money? Sounds like $30 isn't terrible to have another practice tool. Should I just save it for the NBMEs?

UWSA is
1-cheaper than NBME,
2- gives you the explanation= you learn more from it than NBME and you do not waste time looking for the correct answer.
3- Last 4 people I have talk to got their scores really close from what they got in UWSA.
So YES it is worth it. BELIEVE IT.
You could take an NBME exam after your UWSA.
