Most universities will probably ask that you do atleast 2 years of college studies in the US so they can properly evaluate you. I don't know if any medical schools will allow you to apply if you were to evaluate your degree and they were to find that your courses are substantially equivalent; you've got to contact medical schools directly in order to know that. You've also got to take the MCAT.
The above are the criteria for applying. Getting accepted is a whole different ball game. You've got to have plenty of volunteer work done, leadership positions, research etc. Your chances for direct acceptance after b.s. in phillipines are very slim, especially if you're not a US citizen...... It's almost next to impossible.

To be moved to the premed forum I'm guessing.

You will need to do at least two years of college in the States, and probably all of the premedical science classes. As jenson300 pointed out, that is just to be able to apply, and you will need to prepare for and take the MCAT, as well. None of these things would guarantee a seat at a US school, as there are thousands of applicants from the States who are not accepted each year.
It would probably be faster to complete the medical degree in the P.I. while passing the USMLE steps. That way you could apply for a US residency position after graduation and ECFMG certification -- which is far more feasible than coming to the States, essentially re-doing undergrad all over again, and then hoping to gain admission to a US med school.

devildoc is 100% right. It should be very easy for you to get into the best medical schools in Phillipines.

They are right. Nowadays, it is almost impossible to get into a US medical school without US credits after a Bachelor's degree from the Phil. Back in the 80's I know ONE girl who was able to do it (summa cum laude with excellent connections) but I doubt it will be possible in this century.
