I wanted to ask if there are loans for Canadian immigrants? are there any loans from provinces in Canada like say Quebec? to study medicine in the US or anywhere abroad.

 It's the hardest thing I've ever come across. My wife and I were accepted to 3 schools for this september. We're from Canada and I am absolutely amazed at how ridiculously difficult it is to secure funding (from any source) to go to school. ASUM in Aruba has turned out to be challenging in paticular. We visited AUA in person and another school actually closed. The truth is that ASUM seems the best choice, but wow...funding. We were specifically told by several physician friends that tuition concerns should never stop a candidate from applying. It's the only thing holding us up.
Can anyone from Canada, particularily Ontario tell us how they succeeded this daunting task?
Cheers,

Certain schools are OSAP funding. You will get the federal part of OSAP which is about $210/ week.
The schools which are OSAP funded are ST.GEORGE/ ST.MATTHEWS/ROSS/AUC/WINDSOR/MUA/ST.E. I'm not sure about Saba.
Anyways start looking at some OSAP schools.

But OSAP will max out at $6000.00/yr. That's a problem.

It will max at 10,000 a year because there are 3 semesters in the year.
