There is a housing opening available. There is a girl looking for another girl as a room-mate. The place is fantastic, fully furnished and it's a 2 bedroom apartment. Hi! this msg is kinda off of what you posted but i saw that you're the SGA President and just wondered if you could advice a fellow classmate and I if we need to bring down all the equipments required list to start our first year of the MD1 this fall 2009? A few upper classmen mentioned that the dissection kit is a must but did not stress out about all the other tools. Any suggestions about books will also be great if we need to get all those in advance. Thanks for your time and any advices are greatly appreciated!

Hey bnguyen,

Dissection Kit's are not compulsory, not everyone will be dissecting the cadavers at the same time, so people usually tend to share the Dissection Kits. You would also need lab-coat's, Anatomy lab is usually from Tuesday to Friday, so you might need 2-3 lab coats. Also regarding text books, there are students here who sell text books and also all the text books are available in PDF formats for free-So these are the alternate options for text books. That's pretty much all you need for MD 1. Let me know if you need more information.

lol you dont need a kit to be honest with you, there are tones left in the left by previous students. But if you really need a new kit, i can sell you mine. I bought it thought that i might need it, but i didnt touch it so i can sell you mine if you like. Also about the lab coats, I dont think you will need 2 or 3. You can used your one throughout the week and wash it on the weekend if you did get it dirty or something.
