Score Delay on CK

Please post if you have taken your CK after 8-10 and get your results before 10-7. I am taking my exam 8-24 and would really like to know if there are any exceptions to the stupid delay in scoring!

Yes, go to usmle.org and read the announcement. It really sucks!

As long as your Step 1 is decent, the CK is less important (as far as getting interviews goes). I submitted my app last year around Sept 15 with Step 1 and a whopping 1 LOR and my first interview was scheduled for Oct 5. Send in those apps ASAP.

If you need a better CK to make up for a worse Step 1, my condolences.

Seems like there is now little disadvantage to putting it off for more study, if you wanted.

Unfortunately, you can't change your test date within 24 hours of the exam. I was getting cold feet and tried it, yikes! Good luck BiologyBY

thanks, but at this point i'll take either way. It just sucks how all plans are ruined cause of usmle
