Depends on where you'd like to attend medical school. Many medical schools require the MCAT. Additionally, they require courses like general biology (1 year), general chemistry (1 year), organic chem (1 year), physics (1 year), calc/stats (amount and course varies by school).

Organic chemistry and biochemistry are two different courses. I believe most medical schools require at least one semester of organic chemistry and will allow you to replace the second semester organic chem with a semester of biochem. Some medical schools (not all) will accept your semester of zoology in addition to a semester of general biology. I also forgot to mention that all you are also required to have taken a lab for the science courses.
The MCAT is a required part of your application at all U.S. medical schools and many foreign schools. The exam is administered by the AAMC and is a computer based exam. You have to go to a Thomson Prometric testing center to take the exam.
