We do have an apartment available for you! Our units are furnished with a bed, daybed/couch, lamps, and table with chairs, desk, nightstand, TV, armoire, and new kitchen with microwave, stovetop and mini fridge. The monthly rent for SMU students is $1650.00 or $1750 USD for a 1-semester lease or more $1600.00 or $1700 USD for a 2-semester lease or more depending on the size all of these units include all utilities (electric, gas, water, trash and sewer), local phone, Internet, cable services, towels and linens. We only provide linens please bring everything else you may need. There is a grocery store within a 10 minute walk from our resort that sells almost anything you may want.Check in must be during hours of operation. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. If you are not able to arrive during these hours you are welcome to pay your first months rent before your arrival by credit card. I will then leave your room keys with the Security guard at the front desk. The next business day you can come to the front desk and finish your move in.
