I have a room to rent in a 4 bedroom house in Fair Lawn, NJ. The house is a 10 min drive to St. Joeseph's Hospital, ~35 min to Barnabas, 30 min to Newark Beth Israel, ~ 35 min to Jersey City Medical Center, and 25 min to St. Michael's.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, and amoire. There is a nice big closet as well.
The house has a nice big fenced in backyard. I have 3 clean, friendly dogs, so you must like pets and they are indoor dogs. There is a pet door so they can go in and out as they please and are house trained.
House has a washer and dryer. Cooled by window A/C, but there is not one in the bedroom available. Kitchen is full of various appliances. 50" plasma screen TV Blu-Ray player. Sectional couch with 2 recliners. Large BBQ grill on the patio. The landlord just had a new furnace installed.
Plenty of parking in the driveway. Walking distance to train station (Broadway Station) and bus stops. PM for the address if interested.
It will be available until the end of June next year. No lease to sign. I just ask you give me 1 month notice if you are moving out or tell me up front what dates you are needing housing.
Available immediately! If you move in after the first, rent will be pro-rated for the days you are here.
Amount includes utilities (electric, gas, water) and cable and wireless internet and is $900/month due on the first of the month or $225/week if you are moving in the middle of the month or staying a partial month.
I am currently doing my cores at St. Joseph's. I am married and my husband is active duty Air Force and currently doing a remote tour in Turkey until Aug.
