SWU has a good record & recognition in US, cheaper compared to other universities.
MD Program costs around $11,000.

CDU is a very university having a brand new own campus but expensive compared to SWU. MD Program costs around $20,000

Schools in Manila are usually more expensive. UERM, Fatima, FEU-NRMF cost around $25,000 plus. The living cost is also higher compared to cebu. (UERM & Fatima can provide clinical in USA).

Are these prices per year or the whole 4 year MD program?

Those quotes are for the whole 4 years. It's probably higher if you take US rotations.

Thank you for the response! Are you with Fatima , how's your experience so far?

Nope. I've just finished residency and just started practicing. I taught for a short period in a Caribbean offshore school. Just PM me if you want some details.

Trauma, do the Caribbean offshore schools require the MCAT? Do they accept FAFSA loans? Thanks

Only 3 Caribbean school accept FAFSA (St. George''s, Ross, and AUC). These schools definitely require MCAT. The rest either don't require them or accept very low scores.

Thanks Trauma...I am about to give up and sell all my reviewers including the entire Kaplan reviewer package. I am close to hopeless. I am considering PT, PA or even accelerated BSN.

If you are trying to get back to the US, it is your USMLE preparation and score that will make a difference. None of the school in the Phil. will help you study for it, you have to do it on your own.

So if I'm interpreting everything that i read here correctly, than that means very few people are able to successfully study, complete, and pass step 1 of the USMLE while simultaneously studying in the philippines?

Most grads there take their Step 1 after 4th year but I'm not saying it's impossible to take Step 1 after your 2nd year. It's just that Philippine schools are time and effort intensive (you stay a lot in classrooms and hospitals). Some Fatima students claim that because they have a special program, they can better prepare for USMLE and many are taking it after the 2nd year but you have to do your own research and talk to actual students there.
