Semester Exams during Clinicals?

Just need to know how is the exams setting during clinical semesters from MD5 - MD6. Do the students go back to Island for the exam or it is conducted by clinical site. I will appreciate if any of you please explain the process of testing during clinicals.

Done at site and a final exam is given at the end of clinical sciences.

there is only 1 clinical final exam right? There isn't exams for each core rotation such as exam for ob-gyn, separate exam for internal med,etc.?

What are these exams like? Are they multiple choice question exams, USMLE-like exams, or clinical exams?
