Need a translator so I know what to do.
Dear students,
The attached memo was sent to all 6th term School of Medicine students.
Please note that it is a requirement of the University that all students
fill out this attached memo and return it to .... in the Office of the Registrar, whether or not you begin your Clinical rotations by September 26, 2009. The reason we ask every student to fill out this form and send it back, is so that we do not have to track down each and every student if they do not start by Sept26th. Please be advised that the office of the Registrar will only use...
What exactly are they trying to say?
Do we have to tell them that we are NOT taking a LOA?
Where on the form do we indicate this? Am I missing something? Clarica agent please advice.

yeah, it's silly that's for sure. you want to forward it to me so I can read the whole thing? From what you posted here it sounds like they just want to know that you are on track to take Step I before you start on Sept 26. Just pass it on to me moose and I'll look at it....

lol, ok BIG moose (as if moose don't already know they are big )
I looked at it. I would just fill it out and send it in as an e-mail attachment. In the e-mail, just state the date that you are scheduled to take Step I and tell them you have no intention of asking for a LOA. They should get back to you with a reply and will shred the document once you've written Step I. I don't think they did this for my class.....you guys must be a whole lot of trouble

Oh yeah, they sent that to me too. I'm still wondering whether they want me to tell them I've already started clinical rotations.
Ish, Was that email targeted toward us or the term that just got off the island? Considering the hoops we jumped through to get a permanent placement letter, they should know our status.

the e-mail was for the group that just got off the island
