:confused:just wondering what happen your PTAL (CA letter) is rejected by CA medical board? Will they report it to federal medical board and use it against your future practice? :confused:

No such thing as a "federal medical board".

But their "Grounds for Denial" ( http://www.medbd.ca.gov/applicant/application_international.pdf ) would probably be applicable for denial by other State medical boards.
