Dosage of Drugs in Kids and Adults

Quick Question...

Is there any difference in calculating the loading dose and the maintenance dose for kids and adults? If so, what changes do u need to make to the equations i.e.

Loading Dose = Cp x Vd/F

Maintenance Dose = Cp x CL/F

Cp = target drug conc
Vd = Volume of distribution
CL = Clearance
F = bioavailability (=1 in IV drugs)

no it's the same for both kids and adults. the formula takes that into account because the volume of distribution will be different.
