I noticed this is the OP's first post.

Anyway, even if it is true, I find it hard to believe. The main problem I had with the school, esp in clinicals, was LACK of contact.

You can sue anybody for any reason in the U.S....for a filing fee. Schools are sued ALL the time...reputable ones like Harvard, Yale and yes (although I know hard to believe) SESOM. Students sue schools, ex faculty sue schools...it's just a fact of life for U.S. companies..and a terrible shame.

My morbid curiosity would love to know who sued whom for what though :)

I heard it was a student who sued the school because he got kicked out for sexual harrassment.

What is important to know is that the school learnt from the mistake and has taken some measures to avoid it happening again.
