My nephew stays in central Africa. He would like to join a nursing program in US. Can anyone help me with this?

Of course he can join in US. If he is planning to move to US otherwise then it’s different, else he can join degree through online education also. Search online, you will get a long list of US based online universities. Do check for its accreditation before enrollment.
