I'm norwegian, not jewish (my girlfriend is, but I don't think that will help me in any way) And I would like to study in Israel. Will I have to become an Israeli citizen to get into any englishspeaking schools?

I'm not an expert on Israeli schools but I think most of the English speaking programs are American-based, which means you'll need to take the MCAT and have a bachelor degree or at least a minimum number university science courses. You won't have to become an Israeli citizen to study. Since you'd be studying outside of the EU, if you come back to Norway, you'll have to take some extra courses and the National Exam...just so you're prepared for that.

The programs are geared to americans and canadians who have fulfilled the requirements for usa med students:
4yr bachelors or premed req's in the USA and have taken the MCAT. if you have not fulfilled those requirements, then i suggest contacting the schools directly and asking what they can do for you. frankly, i see nothing wrong with it- but it is not up to me.
as for citizenship, it is not necessary. good luck
