I took step 1 3x and failed and I'm attempting the exam for the 4th time now, i took the pass review course in Chicago. I'm taking the test in may 21.
I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the kind and encouraging messages, this time around I've not only changed the way I study but also my entire outlook on the road up ahead of me.
For anyone whose failed this exam, don't let your failures dictate your future, instead use your failures to improve your future. Sounds cliched i know, but this simple concept is pushing me forward so maybe it'll help someone else too.
All the best to everyone.

Thank-you IMG SURVIVOR,devildoc8404 I took the exam on Thursday (21). In comparison to my past exam experiences, this was by far the smoothest process,I was by the least anxious, I thought I was going to be overwhelmed with stress but I wasn't. I had the new format of the exam, it looks just like the USMLEWORLD screen, I felt I had a few more calculations than before perhaps becuase of the new calculator feature on the screen. Overall, I'd say the exam was really fair, I didn't have one topic or subject that dominated the exam, it was a fair mix of all the topics. Hopefully, this time it'll work out, I honestly can look back and say I gave it more than my 100%, before I'd think oh I should've done that or this, but this time it's nothing like that, I reviewed everything I wanted to and needed to.
Now its the hard part the wait til July 15.
Once again I want to thank everyone for all the kind words of support and encouragement.
Please continue to keep me in your prayers.

That sounds like a pretty darned fine way to come out of a Step One exam, if you ask me. :) Celebrate a little, will you?
Then, assuming good news on 7/15, celebrate a LOT! Best wishes to you, jj_hope...
