What Is 10+2 : Urgent !

what is 10+2 ? I'm applying to a foreign uni. in phil. for MD but theyr asking me my results for 10+2 I don't know what that is..

is that Sri Lankan G.C.E O/L or G.C.E A/L ( which Is Equivalent To Indian O/L-A/L in my knowledge) I have sat for both and have passed.

I'm not sure, but I think they mean the 10th and 12th standard results. In India, there are public exams at both 10th and 12th grades.
