can I moonlight, I am an FMG, finished residency in IM, doing my fellowship, on J1 visa, and carry an unrestricted license in NJ
when I was a fellow my program had strict rules about us NOT moonlighting outside the framework of the fellowship.
( ---what they didn't know, didn't hurt them   )
as long as you have your license, sounds OK to me.
Are your BC in IM?
I mean, the only thing between you and a general internist is that you are a fellow.
We are as you know , all generalists first, subspecialists last, so therefore I think it's OK to moonlight, in various jobs.
Lots of hospitalist jobs going these days after the silly 80 hour rules went into effect.
