The current term 4 path group number is 12 or 13 students but this may change depending on your class size. You probably already know this, but the groups are set up by the students and need to be formed before the path class starts (in the second week of term 4). If you don't have enough people, anyone left over after the groups are formed will get put in a group before class starts or the first week (though they first have to ask their potential group nicely).

If our term is anything to go by, it's anywhere between 11 and 14.

I would aim for a smaller group. You will get more slides, but you'll know these better. Also the tables aren't real roomy for a large group, it can make it real difficult to hear the TAs that generally talk quiet.

We had 13 in our group, and though we had a really good group, table space was a bit of an issue, also being able to see and hear from the back.
