Hmmmmm...... It's located at Thiruvalla, home of the second largest number of NRI's in Kerala. There are many NRIs studying there, including some from the US and Canada. The campus may feel a bit congested, but there's a separate hostel for NRIs. It's affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, so follows their syllabus. Like any other medical college in India, MBBS is 5 and a half years long (4 and a half years coursework + 1 year compulsory rotating internship). It's one of the newer private medical colleges, but it's received its final recognition from the Medical Council of India, so there's nothing to be afraid of. But I don't expect the facilities to be 'the best', even though they are ok. Try contacting some students via orkut or facebook and find out what they have to say. Best of luck!
