Fellow Med student renting out a room in a 2 bedroom apartment located in a great, well kept co-op apartment building. All utilities included (electricity, gas, heat, water). Cable and internet can be provided for an additional $50 per month. AC unit and TV included.

Male roommate preferred.

The apartment is located within a block of the newly constructed Target and is also a block away from most major bus and subway lines. It is easily accessible to Brooklyn College, SUNY Downsate, Kings County Hospital or Brookdale Hospital.

Looking for a clean, respectable, considerate roommate. MUST be employed or a full-time student. You will be asked to provide the following:

- 2 references
- 1 month deposit
- copy of last three pay stubs or verification of financing if student
