Financial aid/ programs for US citizens?

I want to apply into DOTE, POTE, and Szeged; do any of these schools provide financial aid/ programs for US citizens such as federal stafford loans? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance for all your help!

yes, all three offer the stafford loan. only szeged offers the plus loan.
