What I am doing (and did) is this:

Spent time doing webprep from kaplan, some videos. I felt like I had reviewed subjects enough, so now I am going system by system through usmleword and taking 6 to 10 minutes on each question (including reading the answer descriptions) in tutor mode, and taking notes on things I would mess up or didn't remember clearly. If you went to medical school, which you did, you shouldn't need too much review subject by subject. You can get a great big picture by going system by system: you will cover board relevant embryo, anatomy, physio, biochem, path, and pharm. This is working well for me and is helping the material stick. DON'T USE THE QBANKS TO SEE "WHAT YOU WOULD SCORE" ON THE ACTUAL EXAM. Use them to learn, who cares if you are getting a 20% as long as you are learning. Do the NBME exams or the UW assesment exams if you want to see your strengths and weaknesses.

Hang in there, you will be done soon.
