Rotations done by March for July 1 Residency?

Does anyone know if we must finish our last elective by the end of march in order to get our ecfmg certificate by july 1? this is what it says in the school info...just wondering of anyone has info on this...thanks!

depends on how fast your school sticks the diploma in your hand.

diploma to ecfmg certification time is 30 days.
