Made Ridiculously Simple vs Kaplan Microbiology

Doing Micro for the first time, I know its going to be a weakness on the boards, and am wondering what is the best book to learn from. IM thinking made simple because it is very easy to read, from those test takers, what do u recommend?

I feel like I'm taking the class again with Kaplan. First Aid and RS are money.

Just buy the books, for crying out loud. They aren't very expensive (MRS are some of the few!) and you can get them used.

Less is more, stick with few books & one QBANK:

Just use FA, with Boards & Wards (BW), organ system is the way to go, then practice with UW 2000Qs.

Don't study more than 6 wks, 6hrs per day. you'll start forgetting things.

My Formula, worked with so many students, and residents:

FA+BW + UW 6hrs/day for 6 wks = >220 score
