Hi,
A question for those who are Canadian Permenant residents but not yet citizens. I was just informed that I would need visa until I become a citizen. Can anyone tell me how long it would take to get the visa? I"m starting in JAN. I wasn't told any other details so any inside details from experience would be very helpful!
Thanks!

hi,
I do not know which visa you are referring to, but if it is about Saba or St Martin visa - the answer is No, u do not need a visa. All you need is your acceptance letter and just to be safe, your return ticket.
I also had to get a visa to connect through the US, it took me two days to get the visa. My case is special though, I was not informed of the procedure(or lets say i was unaware) beforehand and i had only two days before my classes started.
In short, apply for your visas now.

Blessings.

hi!
Thanks for your reply!
I actually had explained my situation to someone at Gardner office. She was the one who had told me that I would need Visa to go to SABA.
She was not clear as to what visa i would need but with the context I assumed it was to attend the school.

Could you please let me know how you applied for visa to connect through US? I still have to check up with the details as rite now i'm in the process of renewing my passport.

Thanks so much for your help!
