Which Medical school is best

Hi Everyone,

I am currenty in the process of finding a good if not great medical school in the Caribbean for my MD. I will also be doing my premedical as well. Can anyone please specify which is better than the other or above all.

I am currrently interested in St. Xavier Medical school in Aruba. If anyone out there is planning on going in 2012; please reply as well on what you have found good about the college you will be attendig.
