Boating Question for Simpson Bay and AUC

It looks as if I am going to be renting an apartment on Point Piroutte--the white ones just across from AUC. Does anyone know if AUC has a dock to park a boat? Also does anyone know if there are any 10-12' Zodiac inflatable boats or the like available at reasonable prices?
