How is the adminitration?t.

Today I faxed my application, personal statement. I than tried calling over 3 times, with no answer during normal business hours. There was also a problem with the phone system.
I was wondering if this event was rare? Is the admin. normaly responsive, and helpful, or are they slackers?

Hahaha I was just about to ask if anyone else is having problems with the phone system??? I have called probably 20 times over the last several months and this is the first issue I have ever had... Every other time the staff has been very helpful, and answered any problems I have had immediately.

Good to hear. I was going nuts today, first the link to actuelly download the app didnt work, than the phone didnt work! I called admissions several times, and knowone answered. Im hoping this was just a bad day for them, as we all have a bad day now and again. I dont want this to be like Akron. Were your just a number.

Yeah actually if you call one of the lines the phone specifically says they are having technical difficulties...

I tried like 3 different numbers. Definitaly a tech problem. Nevertheless, the admissions staff today, wasnt picking up. The secratary was though.

Phones began messing up Wed afternoon...they're still working on it. Sorry! I'd volunteer to take calls but I'll be in Toronto from tomorrow and not back until Monday.
