VERY stupid application question

sorry but I just have to ask because this is my first time applying to med schools and I want to make sure I do things properly...so here is my stupid general app. question:
1) for the personal statement should I put a title on the top of the page saying "personal statement" and staple it to the rest of application forms or leave it separate? :shock:

Yes. One or the other is fine. I think the person looking at your application can probably figure out it is a personal statement without a label however.

Remember there are no stupid questions...only stupid people who ask quesions. (KIDDING!)
