Malpractice Insurance for Electives at University of Western Ontario

Hi All,

I'm a 4th year student at SGU and have arranged to do an elective at the University of Western Ontario.
My school covers me for $3 million worth of malpractice/liability insurance but UWO is requesting that I be covered for $3.5 million.
Does anybody know where I might be able to get the extra coverage?

I would assume that you need to talk to your school about increasing your coverage. You'll probably have to pay for it.

I had spoken to my school prior to my original post. Unfortunately they have not been too helpful.
I am hoping to hear from students who have done electives at UWO and have dealt with this problem before.
Any suggestions are welcome!!!
