Does the education at SABA focus on USMLE preparation or on a general medical education? From the experience of students who are there, what is the best way to continuously prepare and be ready for the USMLE while at SABA?

I would definitey say general medical education. They do teach high yield USMLE, but I think they do a great job of providing you with a very solid foundation. I realized this when I took the Falcon course. The course was only 7 weeks, so obviously they could not recap all of medical school, but they did hit on all the high yield points that Saba did. I found myself remembering and applying a lot more than I thought!
In retrospect, as a side note, I think Falcon did a great job at hitting high yield USMLE content. I can only say this because I've already taken the exam. At the time of the review course, I felt it was incomlete. I am realizing now that it really wasn't. However, USMLE World was the best study tool I used to study. I don't think you can use it this way, though, unless you have a great foundation - which is what Saba provided for me, personally.
I'm almost finished with my Psychiatry rotation, and while I feel I have loads of clinical medicine to learn, I have felt confident at least in this area. I hope the rest of my rotations feel the same. :)
