Can we use Canadian debit card from Canadian account on the ATM machine to withdraw USD?

You can get service charged as much as $5 for a withdrawal depending on your bank...so do not just withdraw small amounts of cash. The maximum you can withdraw is $400 USD each time.

yah, like the rest of the world, including the netherland antilles (and ofcourse, excluding the great US of A).

The limit on the ATM in the Bottom is $400USD...slightly higher in Windwardside...withdrawing from a CIBC account costs $5 total.
