hey guys, just wanted to know who else did not get dorms and was put in an apartment? if so, how far aways is your place, mine is supposed to be about a 5-10 min drive or around a 30min walk:x

did they say where your apartment is? the dorms (rawlands) have appartments located right beside them, I'm wondering if it is there.

i didnt get into dorms either, not sure where i'll be placed yet :confused:.

I didn't get into dorm too, but luckily I found a place and it's 5-7 mins drive and 30 min walk to campus

no, they never said where it's located...but my landlords name is Pat Claxton, (if that rings any bells)? I really dont want to have to walk 30 mins to get to school, i might just get a bicycle..llol...and cut the time in half


ey tofu...whats your landlords name? maybe we are close?...do you have a roomate or are you by yourself?

I don't know my landlord..one of the student at MUA she posted room for rent 2 days ago and I happened to email her that I was interested in renting that room . It's a 3 bed rooms house and the rent is $275 which is pretty cheap. She will talk to her landlord first and let me know soon. She told me the house is located away from the main road and they are the only student live on that particular street..

wow, that is pretty cheap...mine costs 500 before utilities...and its a 2 bedroom. 2 bathroom apartment.....well im not expecting anything good, so I guess ill just deal with it for this semester and get a new place if its really bad, next semester...
