Are the grocery stores on the island open on Sundays?

yes. I believe best buy is (both the one downtown and in Gingerland) and Rams.

Are the grocery stores on the island open on Sundays?

which best buy is closer from potwork? gingerland or downtown? and will the H mini vans goes to both of them, will they go from potwork?

Best buys are open on sundays.....Rams is closed...and H buses hardly run that much on sunday...your best bet would be to go on a friday or saturday.

both best buys are about equal distance (maybe downtown one slightly further). it is easier to get to the downtown one by H-bus but the gingerland one is better by far.

which best buy is closer from potwork? gingerland or downtown? and will the H mini vans goes to both of them, will they go from potwork?

Sunday shopping is limited to Best Buys (Gingerland or downtown). Transportation is limited on Sundays, so you would either need to take a Taxi or beg a ride from a friend if you don't have a car. Sunshine Shoppers is also open on Sunday mornings.

However, it is important to note that this is the Caribbean and things can be unpredictable. You may not be able to find bread or milk on Sundays (although the Gingerland Best Buy has been pretty good), so you want to stock up and not just go shopping when the cupboard is bare.

Superfoods and Bargain House (in town) are also open on Sundays, though only part of the day.
