Have faith and if they auto applied ,that means they think you have a chance in mua ,the worst scenario is that they propose you repeat a few courses in mua premed program or improve your application .
My friend did that in st george,he applied and they admitted him on the condition he completes few premed courses at their university. He had a bad gpa but ok mcat .

This is good! MUA is a nicer island to live on, with beaches and such. IMHO, I'd go there in a heartbeat if I had been rejected from Saba.
It's run exactly like Saba, and by the same people.
I hear better professors are attracted to the nicer island life.
Also, I've heard they offer clinical experiences there on Nevis that can't be had on Saba, which means more hands on learning. However, MUA is newer and doesn't have much name-recognition yet (heck, Saba has precious little). ScottyMD spent some time there, if I am not mistaken.
Do you plan to take the MCAT? Perhaps this would help you re-apply to Saba or AUC if you don't like the idea of a new school like MUA that is just now proving it's worth. If you are young I would do this.

i am 33, and would like to start as soon as possible. what you mentioned regarding sgu is what i am fervently hoping for as well. they have had my file a while, and certain correspondence from them during that time gives me hope. i would like to think my very daring essays on topics of their choosing will help also. it was a gamble and they weren't politically correct or wishy-washy at all but reflect what i actually think and believe.
i definitely hope for at least a chance at mua or smu, worst case scenario. these two seem to comprise a very tiny second tier in the caribbean, with possibly statia in there as well.

Dear Raj,
I would gladly go to MUA & SMU if I had been rejected by Saba & AUC. These are up & coming schools. SMU has a great reputation for such a new school and MUA also has a good rep.
If you want, you should PM DrScottyMD, he is a recent Saba graduate who also went to MUA. He is doing his residency at MAYO!!! I remember reading that he really liked MUA. I'm sure he'll be glad to share his experience with you.
I am 34 & just starting. I share your insecurity. If you can get into MUA or SMU and even Statia (although I would prefer the first two) GO FOR IT!
Good Luck!
